Back Pain Prevention
The British Chiropractic Association has produced some handy advice sheets about things that can lead to back pain and back related problems, which you can download here. They cover activities like lifting and carrying to perhaps less obvious ones like sleeping.
It’s all about being conscious about what you do. Many people know some of the do’s and don’ts and yet, back pain still affects 80% of the population at some time in their lives. Even if you know this stuff a reminder, to keep it in mind, does no harm!
